Accurx - our GP online system
Accurx enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically, and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.
- Accurx is available Monday to Friday from 7am to 6:30pm
How to make a request
- Please provide as much information as possible regarding your problem so we can help you in the best way.
- If you are requesting an appointment, please specify if you would prefer a face-to-face or telephone call and if you would prefer to be seen in our Bury Knowle or Barton site.
- If you have a skin problem, please attach photographs (excluding intimate areas).
- If you have an urgent medical problem needing same-day medical attention after 5:30pm please call the practice before we close at 6:30pm.
- You can submit an administrative request online until 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
