New pregnancy
If you have just found out you are pregnant, congratulations!
To register your pregnancy, you can now complete an online referral form or call the Midwifery team directly on 01865 220457. An initial appointment with your GP is no longer necessary unless you are on regular medication or have existing medical conditions which may impact your pregnancy. If that is the case, please contact us and we will let you know if an appointment is needed.
Please note that we do not offer routine pregnancy tests to confirm pregnancy. If you are unsure about whether your pregnancy test is positive please speak to your local pharmacist to ensure the test kit you have purchased is reliable. If the result is still uncertain please wait a week and repeat the test.
